The breath-taking gardens seen in Japan owe much of their allure to consistent garden care. Even seemingly low-maintenance landscapes would quickly look messy without attention. The end of the construction phase of each project marks the beginning of a delightful journey, passing through season after season and providing many years of enjoyment.
To help guide this journey, we provide aesthetic pruning and plant care services for our landscapes, as well as to other private and public Japanese gardens.
We tailor a distinct garden care program for every client because each landscape is unique to the site and to the design. In gardens we have built, maintenance costs and budget is something we consider starting with the design phase. Knowing all that is involved, from skilled pruning, to shearing and shaping of shrubs, to general upkeep, we are able to design and build Japanese gardens that are within the desired range of the maintenance budget.
